Ben is a Florida native, originally from Apopka & has lived his entire life in Central Florida. After graduating from Full Sail University with a degree in Web Design & Development, he pursued a career as a web developer, & subsequently launched a local marketing firm quickly advancing from a role completely technical in nature, to becoming a well-versed client facing strategist. After 5 years of working as a developer and building his own freelance marketing company, Ben switched to real estate with the goal of helping families achieve home ownership. In 2019, Ben decided it was time to expand and grow a team of future leaders within the real estate market. Ben is truly one of the best agents in Central Florida. He has flawlessly executed 5 home transactions in the past 4 years with me. What is most impressive is his ability to navigate situations as they get complex (we recently sold and bought a new home during this pandemic). He will respond to any questions you have for him within a matter of hours, and does an immense amount of behind the scenes work before providing you with exactly what you need. Lastly, he is an absolute expert at new construction sales. I am so unbelievably pleased with Ben Laube’s service and him finding our dream home! Thank you to our amazing realtor Ben Laube. He put up with me every time I wanted to look at a house for 6 months straight until we finally found the one. We probably looked at 20 homes. His knowledge of realty and the Orlando area blew me out of the water. He is so fun to be around and is heavily involved in the Orlando community and various networks. We hit a few hiccups with appraisal and roof issues with our new home and I was a total nervous wreck but Ben worked his magic and made everything to work out in our favor. He is so fast with documents and emails I knew he was working hard during dinner hours and weekends for us. We have officially used Ben Laube to purchase 2 homes and sell one. I would never think of using anyone else!
